Amazing food with my partner but the best part of the visit was meeting the manager who was one of the most genuine and helpful members of staff I have ever come across in my time in London.
Along with the rest of the staff who were all amazing – I would like to particularly thank the manager who made us feel welcome and inspired us with his demure and demeanour – he is an asset to the front house of the hotel.
This hotel is too beautiful; I cannot suppress their excitement! The food was great, the staff was friendly and the rooms were very beautiful and clean. Such a luxurious place, I will certainly consider going again. I love this hotel! Wow!
Recently returned to India, I told my friends live in the city. From left to go to the staff are very attentive and friendly. They made our stay more memorable. We Ametza eat, taste great! Each dish has a new, red wine sommelier is chosen to help us, and they are great. The rooms are very nice, very quiet. I highly recommend staying here, next time I will also have the opportunity to.
Had a great stay a few weeks ago. For being right in the city, the room was surprisingly quiet. We were next to laundry service, so it smelled amazing in the hall! The rooms were clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room had a beautiful view of the city and water. We will definitely stay here again.
Lived up to expectations. Way way way overpriced, but that’s to be expected in this area Two double bed room was good size for Manhattan. Free in-room Lavazza single serve coffee was nice. Bathroom is nothing special with smallish counter and tub/shower combo. Location was great with easy access to two subway lines, Times Square, restaurants and convenience stores. Pretty pleased on the whole.
I’ve been here twice. It’s always a pleasant experience. Clean and well kept rooms and bathrooms. My only complaint would be that certain elevators only go to certain floors so it’s easier to get lost trying to find your room than you might think. However, there is usually someone from the hotel nearby to help you.
Great Hospitality and Service. The hotel staff ensured we had everything for our stay and helped us have a great stay. The building interiors itself can do with a bit of a facelift, but staying right in the middle of city, this was very convenient.
